A true visionary called to serve and lead, Scott Reiner has been at the forefront of a healthcare revolution, ushering in a new era built upon a foundation of "Whole Person Health" that is transforming communities and organizations and improving the quality of life for everyone. Living in Zambia, Africa, Scott draws upon his unique perspective and decades of service in healthcare—advancing from a bedside nurse to executive leader of a multi-billion-dollar health system—he is acutely aware of the challenges in the ever-changing and continuously evolving healthcare system and is now working to utilize those learnings and experiences in the global landscape, helping communities to rise from disadvantaged positions. Reiner is an inspiring motivational leader with a realistic take on the current healthcare environment and an optimistic view of what is possible in the future.

Dustin grew up in Africa and these early years instilled a deep passion for the place and the people. Over the years, he has worked with AMS in a number of capacities and currently serves as the AMS President. He lives with his wife Lindsay in southern California and works as the Executive Administrator for the Loma Linda University Church.
